If you have employee insurance benefits for massage therapy, direct billing may be available for you. I am registered with Blue Cross, SunLife, Provider Connect and Telus Health. These are the portals which cover most major insurance companies.

Massage and RNFR treatments can be booked online. It couldn't be any easier to schedule your appointments from the comforts of your home. Just select your appointment time and send. New clients will automatically receive a health intake form to be filled out before the first treatment visit. After that, you will have your own account where you can schedule and view your follow up appointments and more! Take the first step to improving your health and check it out!

The Wellness Journey page started during the pandemic to provide resource for clients to maintain their health at home. Since relocating my home business, more space is available to provide a wellness center for the surrounding communities. The massage therapy clinic provides rentable studio space for health events, fitness classes and a private treatment room is available for other health care professionals to join and provide their services on site, as well.

- Sanitation cleaning procedures are done before and after each client's visit, in all contact areas
- As owner/therapist, I am the only staff you will encounter during your visit
- Limited public traffic in the clinic with private client/therapist treatments

Having a home-based practice allows for a warmer casual experience. Appointments are spaced to allow extra time if needed for your comfort, so there is no rush.

I offer skills and share knowledge during treatment sessions to empower you with managing your own health care. Open communication is the key to a successful treatment.
