All therapeutic massage treatments consist of clinic assessment, treatment plan, followed by your massage treatment and recommended homecare. Open communication between client and therapist will develop an individualized treatment plan that works for your own physical goal and/or condition.
A general swedish massage is a basic stress relief treatment using gentle techniques for a calming benefit. This is the base for all therapeutic massage treatments. Additional techniques and pressure used will vary for each client's individual needs and preference. Your treatment plan discussion will formulate the treatment specifically for you, to achieve the best results.

RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, is a neurologically based, active, therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous systems role in alleviating tension and restrictions within the body. RAPID is an evidence based manual therapy technique that can be used to quickly and effectively eliminate pain. Utilizing a biopsychosocial perspective RAPID addresses the body’s perception of threat and danger. By bringing the brain to safety, most painful conditions and range of motion restrictions disappear. Using nociception and movement, RAPID induces a combination of descending inhibition within the nervous system, and a powerful increase in vasodilation. These together offer near immediate and lasting pain reduction for clients. If you are living with chronic pain and/or limited range of motion preventing full movement, this is the treatment for you!

I have a strong desire to provide massage therapy service for people living with physical disabilities and chronic debilitating conditions. Several situations may leave you confined to your residence and unable to travel to a clinic for therapeutic massage treatments. I provide this service to have massage therapy accessible for an inclusive community. Depending on your residential environment and physical limitation, using a massage table for treatment may not be suitable for your comfort. Although it is an option, most locations will need to be adapted and treatments modified specifically for your circumstance. Some confinement situations that this service would be beneficial for:
Long-term care residency
Palliative care
Chronic or Neurological conditions
Pre/Post surgery
Injury rehabilitation
Scheduling Appointments
First visit treatments
First visit treatments are booked for an hour duration minimum. Extra time will be given to go over the initial information before your massage treatment, should it be necessary. Before attending your first appointment you will need to complete and submit a health history or online intake form. Please review the health care documents so you are informed before consenting for massage treatment.
Follow up treatments
It is recommended to prebook your appointments in advance, if you have a preferred day and time you would like to maintain your treatments. This will reserve your time spot for future appointments and can always be cancelled or rebooked should something change in your schedule. Appointment times are scheduled according to client's request.
Services and Fees
All massage treatments consist of clinic assessment, discussion of treatment plan, followed by massage therapy and recommended homecare. Service fees are based on time, without extra charge for additional hydrotherapy. You can decide how long you want your treatment to be.
- 60 minutes massage treatment $ 90
- 30 minutes massage treatment $ 45
- Each additional 15 minutes to treatment $ 22.50
For mobile service, there is an additional travel fee applied to each massage treatment based on 30 minutes for preparation and travel time serving Colchester area.
- Residential Transportation fee $45
All above fees do not include HST

Adding a 30 minute infrared sauna session before your massage treatment can speed up the process for deeper tissue treatment.

Christmas Draw for a 90 minute massage and sauna treatment
Book and receive a massage treatment in the month of December 2024
All Clients who receive therapeutic treatments during the month of December 2024 will have their name entered into the Christmas Draw. Multiple sessions will include another ballet entry for each treatment received. Winner will be picked randomly from all ballot entries. A notification email will be sent to the winner on Christmas day for a complimentary 30 minute infrared sauna session followed by a 60 minute therapeutic massage treatment!!

Are you a professional health care worker or do you know someone who is? If you would like to offer your services on site with a massage therapist, I would appreciate hearing from you! I have rentable space which could be used to host health events and/or small fitness classes. An extra private treatment room will soon be available to rent as well.
